We are getting very close to the Early Access release (Q1 2026) of the full game! But before we shift our full focus to the main launch, we wanted to give the Prologue a proper send-off with one last major content update.
We've listened to your feedback and added some highly requested features to make your washing experience even smoother and more colorful.
Here is what’s new in v1.4.0:
✨ Major Highlights
🔍 X-Ray View Struggling to find that last tiny spot of dirt? Say no more! You can now use the X-Ray View to instantly reveal remaining dirty areas on the vehicle. Achieve that 100% cleanliness with precision!
🎨 Colored Soaps
Add some style to your foam! Colored Soaps are now available for you to enjoy.
How to unlock: To use them, you must first purchase the specific Product License for each color via the Management > Products tab.
🏎️ New High-Class Vehicle New "High Class" car is now available to clean.
🛠️ Patch Notes & Fixes
Fixed: Solved a visual artifact where full soap bottles appeared empty.
Fixed: The vehicle engine & audio now automatically shuts off when the player exits the car
📝 Upcoming Change: Becoming "Legacy Prologue"
Lastly, we wanted to let you know that we will soon be renaming this version to Express Car Wash Simulator: Legacy Prologue.
Why the change? Development on the full game has evolved significantly. The mechanics, visuals, and overall polish of the upcoming Early Access version have advanced to a point where this Prologue will no longer fully represent the current state of the project. We intend to keep this version as a "Legacy" title -a classic memory of where we started- while the main game offers a completely upgraded experience.
