Hey everyone! Great news! Vertical Drop Heroes HD is back!!!
After a long discussion with the publisher, we came to an amicable agreement to transfer all of Nerdook's older games back to me, so they are now fully under my control again (on Steam, at least). To celebrate, I have uploaded a NEW UPDATE for Vertical Drop Heroes (v1.0.4), and it's a MASSIVE, FREE update:
VDH was the very first game I ever made on Steam (in 2014!), and (hopefully) I've learned a lot since then. This upgrade adds a ton of improvements from the other games I've released over the years, including a big performance patch and a complete overhaul of the main game system logic.
I've updated many of the art sprites with brand-new, hand-drawn art assets, including a new logo for the game, redrawn tiles, character designs and new fonts.
I will continue updating the game with more changes and content from now on, so look forward to more regular updates and leave any feedback/bug reports in the comments!
Meanwhile, I'm still here and will continue making new games, including a football game infused with chaos and fun, called Super Senseless Soccer. There's a free demo on Steam, and every WISHLIST helps me a lot!
