- decoration rotation fixes

- houses fixed on mccallister st

- decoration mesh fixes/polish

- added tutorial for decoration adjustment

- added help/tips menu (find in pause menu)

- starting placement fixed on sagebrush 

- added/fixed decoration photos (orange and green lights, garland)
