- Added the ability to drop spells in the spell menu

- Fixed bug where Halt Time would never recharge
- Fixed some out of bounds bugs on Floor 4
- Fixed issue where changing stances rapidly would cause buffs to stack
- Fixed bug caused by closing spell menu and selecting an upgrade at the same time
- Fixed bug in cartography relic event room
- Fixed Lemures' minions not dying when the boss fight ends
- Fixed Black Eyeball relic covering too much
