This patch fixes a known Unity vulnerability. It is very unlikely that it has affected any of you.

Upgraded Unity to a version that isn't vulnerable to the recently discovered exploit
Balance changes
Adjusted probability weighting for parts that have not been bid on in previous auctions, so that a part not being picked twice does not have as severe an impact, but the effect ramps up with more cases
