Hello! If you've seen a small update go by, that's us turning on the special encounters for Halloween to align with the Steam Scream Fest sale (Oct 27th - Nov 3rd, but we're giving it a little wiggle room on the ends as well)
Throughout this event, the Pumpkinhead character should spawn on Hunting activities, allowing you to claim the Pumpkin Pie achievement.
