-Lowered Stamina 250 -> 220
-Increased Eyegel speed 1300 -> 1350
-Increased draw spray ammo 10000 -> 15000
-Made bin open and candy eaten sound local
-Fixed yellow candy bug
-Renamed Terror -> Noise
