From now on, every time you buy a property, you’ll get to choose from three different tenants. Each one comes with a unique trait. Some pay more rent. Some boost nearby buildings. Some are just dead weight.
It’s your job to decide who moves in.
These traits aren’t just for flavor. We’re adding plugins that give bonuses based on tenant traits, opening up entirely new build paths. You can go all-in on lazy tenants, elitists, loyalists, whatever gives you the edge.
And if someone isn’t pulling their weight?
