The meow-velous free update, Tavern Tales, has arrived in Cat Quest III!
Hoist the sails and head to the Tavern, tap on the mic and purr-pare for Cappey to retell the tales of how you defeated the Pirate Lords. Cappey may have taken some creative liberties and added some exaggerations, but isn’t this how the best tales are told?
Upon completing each tale, you will unlock a companion to join your crew! Your new crew mates are various species of parrots with their own abilities and traits that join and fight beside you on your adventures! Now you can be a bonafide pirate with yer very own parrot, yarr~!
New Content:
⚔️ 5 Tavern Tale boss fights, including a secret one that only unlocks after completing all the tales.

🏴☠️ More Wanted posters for completing new bosses that were added in previous updates.

- Added the new Tavern Tales mode! Fight remixed versions of the Pirate Lords and win the loyalty of new crew mates!
- Added a 'Fast Furwards' toggle in the Options. (Only unlocked after completing 'Fast Furwards' in Mew Game)
- Added 'Large Text' mode in the Options.
- Added a new Trinket; Mama Milka's Special!
- Added new Wanted Posters to claim rewards from!
- Tweaked the Defense stat to be more balanced at high and low levels.
- Tweaked the Equipment scaling to be higher in New Game + and beyond.
- New Game+ now raises the enemy level by 100 instead of 80.
- Minor Balance tweaks to certain bosses.
- Minor adjustment to sound effects for certain weapons.
- Fixed minor localization errors.
- Created a fallback for an error that occurs when the user's files are not readable due to a lack of permissions.
