There are many speculations that our game Squad 22: ZOV is expensive. Mostly it is written by people not playing it and judging from somme in-game screens. So, let us explain what is there to buy and if you have to buy it actually.

After you download the game, you can play 2 missions for free to see if you like it. It is a Tutorial mission and Mission #1 from Mariupol campaign (the shortest mission). After that you can decide what period of the ongoing conflict you are interested in to understand better and lead your squad through.

1. For $5.99 (set price) you can unlock Donbass Spring campaign. 17 missions of 2014 fights. Specifics of this period means you controll basically militia, not regular army. So resourses are scarced and it is not easy to manage them. As in real lfe, some people started defending Donbass having just a twin-barrel hunting shotgun IZh-27.

2. For $11.99 (set price) you can unlock Mariupol (2022) and AFU Counteroffensive (2023) campaigns, 15 missions each. These campaigns already represent regular army forces of the Russian Military and you will get supplies of assault rifles, machineguns, rocket launchers, drone support and more from early missions.

That is it. The remaining more expensive options (collector bundles) are just for those, who want soome purely cosmetic things: better HQ decorations and some extra real life soldiers in squads (with normal, not blown-up stats). You DO NOT NEED to buy them to play the game. We added those bundles just to give players option to express their gratitude towards out work and give us extra resourses to work on improving the game. And the fact that they are being bought means people want to see us working more (here goes Summer vacation season ːsteamsadː )

So, do not pay extra, uf you don't want to.
