1. Rewritten rendering with OpenGL. Now scales to any screen size with no borders.

2. All tables now have full screen and scrolling mode working correctly. F2 cycles between the two rendering modes.

3. Bug fixes to various tables. This corrects all known mission bugs.

4. Darkside and mutation looping music fixed.

5. Huge performance optimization, now runs much better at higher resolutions or on slower hardware.
