Critical update to fix normal chatters being given elevated permissions - incorrectly allowing them to fish with a chat message even though the chat trigger is disabled, multicast, and cast on behalf of other users.

This should all be fixed now!

I'm currently still working on a fix for LurkBait disconnecting quietly during long streams, so stay tuned for that coming soon :-)
