Fixed edge case with the Barrel Body 10% repair energy restore perk, that cause the restoration to not always apply or apply late.
When the CPU used the Barrel Body, the 10% repair energy perk was improperly applying towards the player. This has been fixed
Fixed a visual UI issue with the repair energy meter that was improperly showing 100% full energy prior to use.
Turned off UI navigation for the module wheel. It was causing confusing UI navigation for controller players. Activating the module wheel should be initiating by the shortcut button or mouse input.
Parts crafting minigame will slow the flashing rate if the player fails several inputs attempts
Added a fallback texture for missing/white UI in the battle panel.
Fixed controller UI navigation when using combo abilities
