We release on April 25th! — Hanako's Flower Shop News

The development of Hanako's Flower Shop has been a profound journey for our team. We began working on the game around 2019, and by the time we reached the demo stage, our lives were turned upside down by the war in Ukraine—our home country.

Some of us were forced to relocate and adjust to entirely new living conditions. Others had to find ways to adapt to a changed world within the same old surroundings. The emotional toll was immense, and the visible obstacles were matched by psychological challenges that left us wondering if we’d ever be able to finish the game.

But in the fall of 2024, after roughly two and a half years of complete radio silence following the demo release, development slowly resumed. We moved forward cautiously, burdened by fear and anxiety—but we moved forward.

Now, after about seven months of intense effort and pushing through that fear, we’re proud, excited, and still just a little hesitant to officially announce the release date of Hanako’s Flower Shop: April 25th, 2025.

This game was built with time, care, and deep dedication. It may be flawed, but it's genuine—just like life. Things didn’t go as planned, neither in life nor in development, but it’s a huge relief and joy to finally share this announcement with you.
