Fixed an issue where activity notification text would not automatically close under certain circumstances.

Additions

Added a global mute feature.
Added mute when the window is inactive. This setting ensures your desktop pet will not trigger voice prompts when the window is out of focus.
Added red dot notifications for new topics.
