Greetings Jarls,
The cruel winter months are behind us, and nature is beginning to sprawl again. To celebrate the coming of forår, or spring, we’ll be rolling out a brand new update for Land of the Vikings next week!
Our springtime tidings include a few fixes and feature additions, requested by the community:
- Crash Fix: A critical issue that prevented the game from launching has likely been resolved. (If you still encounter this issue, please make sure to report it to us.)
- Return to Longhouse Button: A new button has been added to the bottom-left menu, allowing you to return to the village center with a single click. The M shortcut key can also be used for this function.
- Larger Worker Selection Window: The pop-up window for selecting workers has been enlarged for better usability.
- Disaster Balancing: The impact and frequency of disasters have been adjusted for better game balance.
- Happiness Adjustment: Happiness issues that arose as the population increased have been balanced.
- Thrall Notification Fix: Notifications related to serfdom will no longer appear when there are no thralls in the village.
- General Bug Fixes and Improvements: Numerous minor issues have been addressed, along with various optimizations to improve the overall gameplay experience.
