Workshop Mod Uploader update

New version (version 2.0) of the Everlasting Summer Workshop Mod Uploader

Key Features of Uploader v2:

• Fully available in both Russian and English.
  
• You can now update your mod directly from your Workshop items list (no need to remember the mod ID anymore).
  
• Graphical tag editor that matches Workshop tags.
  
• Support for preview of the cover image and displaying the current one from the Workshop (GIFs work too).
  
• It now saves the path to the main mod folder (no need to re-enter the path after restarting).
  
• Added an option to upload a mod to the Workshop without source files (rpy-files). Tthis setting is saved for each mod separately.
  
• Default cover image, path validation, and the ability to return to the mod list while editing.
  
• Auto-removal of empty mods.
  
• Even better error detection (logging has also been added).
