Presenting 420 Forever, a new gamemode you literally can't get enough of
- Visit Memetown City, “the safest place on the dark web”
- Battle endless waves of enemies, meme lords and mecha sherks
- Avoid unwanted airstrikes from neighbourhood menace Dhomas
- Collect tokens by killing enemies and use them to explore OR...
- ...Buy goated weapons, grenades, ammo, whatever your little freak heart desires
- The mode is corrupted and will sometimes spawn chaotic hax. We could fix this but we choose not to
- Pop multiple consumables to keep the party going
- All runs are seeded so you can retry or share your most OP run with friends
- Leaderboard tracks who in your friends list is most cracked
We also improved the base game, which shouldn't even still be possible at this point, but we're just that good:
- Added Texture streaming to most textures in the game.
- We discovered that high vram usage was causing some PCs to fail to load into certain levels. On average we have reduced the amount of vram needed for the game by ~30%. So hopefully this will be less of an issue for those experiencing this.
- We noticed some of you poor vram starved 420 enjoyers were having trouble loading the game
so we made the game use less vram because our green overlords wont be giving us more any time soon.
