We’re excited to share the latest improvements for The Hole.

What’s New?

1️⃣ Shadow Toggle:
You can now turn off shadows in the settings! This option is perfect for lower-end computers, helping to prevent crashes and reduce unnecessary GPU freezes.

2️⃣ “Potato Mode”:
If you’re looking for even more optimization or just want a nostalgic retro vibe, we’ve added Potato Mode! Relive the charm of games from the ‘90s with this feature.

Beyond Optimization:

On some computers, players couldn’t ascend the infinite staircase on Day 2. The loop is now fixed, and you can climb freely!

We’ve patched the hole on the matryoshka doll level. No more falling into the Backrooms!
