More fixes and such, thanks for playing :)

Notes:
-Resolved lightspeed wind and scaled cloud spawning and speed correctly
-Fixed wind particle not showing on load
-Changed how special objects appear slightly to allow more variety as new ones roll out
-poosh skin properly changes particle and trail colors too
-watch out for the question mark rain cloud
-Wind direction multiplier adjust and no longer stays red instead of fading
-More things?
