- Added a Necromancer that can summon the dead.
- Added a Witch that can summon demonic servants.
- Added A Bullet Pixie item that replenishes bullets the player is out of when they get a melee kill.
- New Graveyard level and debris.
- Zombies and imps have new spawning animations.
Other changes / bug fixes:
- Improved spawn distribution in standard mode so less likely to see clumps of the same enemy.
- Bullets loaded in non currently selected gun would be discarded on level complete.
- Sometimes monsters wouldn't display slain frame when slain in multiplayer.
- Trolls sometimes wouldn't show windup animation in multiplayer.
- Improved physics optimization for large amount of monsters.
