Hotfix for version 2.2 includes
- Fixes to some more broken camera angles
- Additional attempts at fixing broken cutscenes
- Added additional cheat for 99 lives (konami code)
- Added prompt for successful cheat activations on main menu
- Changed 'student' outfit unlock requirement to unlock 'injured' costume instead
- Made 'student' outfit unlocked by default
