Fixed: Artifacts would roll for the highest tier first before checking for lower tiers. This ended up being coded in such a way that if you were very deep into the game and still lacked lesser tier ar

Fixed: Artifacts would incorrectly try to be created in layers that have no blocks, such as in the case of adjusting your Starting Layer, which would make finding the artifacts needlessly difficult. F

Change: Increased the artifact forgiveness system from a multipler of 0.4 to 1.8. Basically, as you mine blocks, the odds of getting an artifact from that block increases. Now it increases even more.
