Sauna Access Restored
Good news! Military recreational infrastructure has returned to operational status.
The gym and sauna evening should now be completable, asphalt no longer behaves like a sandbox, and footstep effects have received another round of disciplinary action.

Fixed the gym and sauna evening being impossible to finish.
The sauna door remained locked and the bench could not be used.
The Defence Forces had successfully created the authentic experience of being ordered to go somewhere you were physically unable to enter. This has now been corrected.
Improved footsteps on asphalt.
Walking on asphalt no longer throws up brown sand or leaves footprints behind.
Asphalt dust particles are also now smaller and darker.
Soldiers should therefore look less like they are marching through a freshly ploughed potato field.
The footstep setting now disables dust as well as footprints.
Turning off footstep effects now properly removes the whole package instead of merely hiding the evidence.
Other minor bug fixes.
Small threats to national defence readiness have been neutralized.
