- note: Great Shinobi Owl - Wolf's adoptive father, fought atop the Ashina Castle rooftop (the same spot as the Genichiro Ashina fight) during the endgame after Wolf retrieves the Mortal Blade. Owl betrays Kuro and confronts Wolf, forcing a choice between loyalty to Owl or to Kuro. Two-phase battle: phase 1 uses shuriken and throwing knives; phase 2 adds thrown poison and smoke bombs whose smoke blocks healing items, and he heavily counters charged or strong attacks. This is the present-day Ashina Castle betrayal fight - NOT the Hirata Estate memory known as Owl (Father).
