Another quick patch.
I've been dedicating my spare time to fixing some annoying bugs in the game.
Hopefully this will lead to a more pleasant gaming experience

Fixed : All to 100% button not working properly.
Fixed : Scan tech cache twice.
Fixed : Bottom repair menu not displaying modules repaired correctly.
Fixed : Ship duplication on load after capturing certain ships.
Fixed : Ship mini U.I. twitching.
Fixed : Station not opening after combat.
Fixed : Combat music not ending.
Fixed : Scan Missions not displaying messages properly.
Fixed : Repair menu not updating what module is currently being repaired.
