Balancing Adjustments:- Lunar New Year Firecrackers now detonate at a slightly faster speed.
- The warning radius of Lunar New Year Firecrackers now grows at a much slower speed.
Bug Fixes:- Snail Pulse now properly drops a heal pickup upon being destroyed again.
- Decorative fireworks are no longer affected by demo playback speed.
