1.0.16 Update notes
1. Fix bug that Caocao's note has some incorrect localization texts.
2. Fix bug that minion may stay with player and cannot be hit.
3. Fix bug that elite enemy may appear when minion is in front of player.
4. Now player should hold menu button to skip reward.
5. Add dying message when failed.
