The Backrooms Deluxe is going FREE!
You saw the title, we're making this game free upon the release of Liminality! But with that, come some changes to make sure people who already bought the game get a fair experience too.
Certain parts or features will be locked behind Founder's Edition, a DLC which will be available for free to all the people who bought the game already.
Here's what Founder's Edition will include:
- 1500 DeluxeCoins, for your spending and to make sure you will not run out of DeluxeCoins easily! (there's now a super useful new shop item coming in 2.1)
- The ability to make lobbies up to 8 players, now regular free lobbies are limited to only 2 players (might change).
- Challenges Mode, which has been locked behind the DLC
- Level 9, which is an optional level that's not available in multiplayer.
- The ability to support me!
To people who already have the game in their library, not much will change, they will redeem the 1500 DeluxeCoins when they like, and move on with their day.
These changes are required to give a fair experience to gamers who bought the game already and to give a chance for people who want to play this game, to experience it, and support me in the process if they'd like.
