Hey everyone, Gronkins here with patch 1.0.3! This is another smaller patch, focusing on fixing some bugs, some general improvements and yet again, adding in a new random event! So let’s get into it!

New Random Event

You’ll now be able to encounter the Treasure Seeker within the dungeon! The Treasure Seeker will sell you some random items, but at a discount! If you wish you can haggle for more items, however, you may upset him and pay a higher price, so be warned! This event can start spawning on floor 1

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug where Guarded Protection of Elements was applying the wrong bonuses
Fixed a bug where Fortified Determination was applying the wrong bonuses
Fixed a bug that caused certain crowd control effects to not apply on the first application
Fixed a bug where certain status effects (such as Chilled) weren’t displaying their effects
Fixed an issue that caused the Goliath Braces item to not spawn correctly
Fixed an issue that caused the Serpent's Fang item to not spawn correctly
Fixed a bug where the dialogue box was appearing on top of the map
Fixed a bug where custom dialogue formatting wasn’t applying when skipping dialogue
Fixed a display issue with Attack Dodge and Spell Dodge displaying too many decimal places
Fixed an issue where the Questing Knight was giving 4% Health Regeneration per Second instead of 0.4%

General Fixes / Quality of Life

The game now remembers what combat speed you were using in the previous fight
The Character Sheet now displays the maximum value of certain stats, such as resistances, evasion chance, block chance, etc
Changed skill descriptions that stacked up to 999 times to no longer say “stacking infinitely” instead they say “stacking up to 999 times”
Fixed some more typos

This was another quick update to fix some bugs and to add a new random event. Currently, I’m just focusing on improving the core game and trying to get it as stable and polished as I can, so I hope you enjoy!

To ensure you are playing on the correct version, ensure the main menu reads “1.0.3”. You may have to update, verify your game files or re-install your game
