A new threat has emerged in our realms.
New mechanic: combat
You can now lead expeditions into the dead lands to gather the new mysterious energy and engage in battles against undead armies. Your victories will grant you new abilities and bonuses to help you progress further in the game.
Dark energy and the Dark shrine
Newly discovered dark energy can be harnessed to improve your settlement. With it, you can build and upgrade the Dark Shrine, which enhances your production capabilities and provide new passive bonuses. You can also use dark energy to forge demonic weapons, to help you gain an edge in battle. But beware, using too much dark energy may have consequences.
New buildings: Barracks, Blacksmith, Mana pool, Dark shrine
The barracks allow you to recruit and train more soldiers to conquer the enemy. The blacksmith enables you to forge and improve weapons, making your troops even stronger in battle. Finally, the mana pool allows you to convert your other resources into mana.
