[Hotfix] Tying up some loose ends with 0.6

Hello everyone. We noticed some players were having some difficulty progressing the game to the comet lure. We have made the event required to unlock this lure a lot easier to come across and fixed a few smaller issues as well.

- Made requirements for unlocking the comet lure a lot easier to stumble across
- Fixed an issue where the "shrimp" would swim backwards
