Read the original on Steam ↗Eight months after its initial release, we’re excited to announce that the 2.0 update for Kowloon’s Curse: Lost Report is out!
It took a bit a longer than expected, and we’re sorry for that, but the amount of content added in the update will surely make up for it!
So what’s new in this update, exactly?
-We weren’t entirely happy with how the story ended, so we’ve added a brand new storyline that gives Tony and Sergio the ending they deserve.
-Alongside this, the original storyline has received numerous improvements, such as new dialogue and balancing tweaks.
-In addition to the improved main story, we’ve also added several sidequests, fleshing out the game’s world and taking you to new areas.
-Battles now have intro cutscenes!
-Overall graphics quality has been improved, with lighting being completely redone and many characters receiving new models.
-Many of the old areas have been expanded, and a bunch of new ones have been added, such as the sewers beneath Kowloon City.
-A virtual pet that grows when you walk!
-There’s also many new secrets, but I’m obviously not going to give those away here.
-Finally, a ton of bugs have been fixed, making the game much more stable than it was before.
