Balance Mini-Update released!

Nerfed Spanish musket by slowing player movement speed when equiped.
Nerfed Dutch musket by giving it a random additional lock time; it will still be faster than most muskets on average.
Slow effect from grenade and shotguns now lasts 3 seconds instead of 4
Officer can now use the "Rally Round" buff to get rid of Slow even when they have Slow themselves (before, Slow would block it)

And a small quality of life change: the class menu now shows the minimum and maximum lock times for weapons that have randomized times. Before, only the maximum time was shown.
