patch 1.7 — Skies above the Great War News

Added a spectator mode where you can simply watch the planes fight and move around freely with the camera.
In the game folder you can now find a description for modding and also one that explains how to upload a mod to the Steam Workshop.
The Brequet was linked to the model of the RE8 by mistake all the time. Now the model is acutally in the game.
In the menu you have now options for FPS-lock and v-sync.
In the Settings.txt (...\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\Skies above the Great War) you can now change the screen resolution. However, full screen must be deactivated for this to work. Please keep in mind that the game is supposed to be played in 1920x1080.
As always minor fixes and improvements
The game also supports AI made Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic translations now. I hope the AI did a halfway decent job. If anyone notices major problems with the translations, please let me know, as I certainly don't want to offend anyone!

I will continue to work on the performance issues. Please be patient until the latest engine version is released. There are still a few stability issues with the current version.
