Bug Fixes

Fixed Chapter 3 dialoging
Fixed the locking conditions for Chapter 5-2.
Fixed sometime can still deploy leaved member on deploy menu.

Balance

The enemy scaling in "Medium" and "Hard" modes in new game plus has been reduced, and enemy MOV will not scale up.
