Upward slashes, combos, improvements to the smoothness of melee combat.

Update 1.0.2.4 includes:
- Items are now outlined in green to make them easier to spot.
- Now when you block, the body parts that are protected will be shown in blue.
- Added an upward slash on mouse wheel scroll.
- Added a combo attack on left mouse button hold.
- Increased smoothness of all melee animations.
- Fixed a bug with item slots.
- Fixed a bug with chat.
- Improved server stability.
