Critical fixes:

Fixed a crash due to an error that occurred when North Dakota and South Dakota joined the United States in 1889.

Other fixes:

Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented the purchase of shares for a company if personal funds were not enough for at least 1 such share.
Fixed a bug where the time start button could be blocked for no reason.
