There is a new Demo that has replaced the playtesting build.
What is in the demo:
- 3 New regions (each region features unique enemies, movement mechanics and a region boss)
- Final set of weapons that will be in the full game (some weapons have been removed to reduce the scope, I will now focus on making the current set of weapons fun and balanced)
- New Sacrifices (several new sacrifices with progression have been added)
- More story maps / dialogues (after reaching certain milestones in the game, new story bits will unlock)
- Permanent upgrades have been replaced by per-run boosts
- New accessibility options (mainly an option to desaturate the environment and highlight enemies and important objects)
Basically the demo contains 3/4 of the final game. This way I want to test what works in the game and what doesn't before the game launches. The full version of Rose will be released in the upcoming months (definitely by the end of this year!).
The demo is free and so will be the full game.
