Fixed a crash where a mine and a grenade going off on the same time would flush the gpu causing the game to stall, and inevitably fail
Fixed a bug where you could sometimes spawn in as a spectator even after selecting spy or reaper
Fixed a bug where the game could sometimes end unexpectedly near the start of the game
Fixed a bug where changing music volume would override all other settings
Fixed a bug where changing mouse axis would override all other settings
Master volume now functions properly
