First off, thank you for all the support on our last devlog! It’s been great to see that the community is still with us and we really appreciate it.
As promised, we’re back to show you the forklift in action!
The images and footage you’re about to see don’t represent the final result!
- Operating this machine has been a lot more fun than we expected! That said, there's still some work to be done: the controls are a bit clunky and picking up pallets can be tricky. One pallet will contain 36 boxes.
We're working on it!
- The entire environment and parking lot are getting a complete overhaul.
We’ve also made some other improvements, fixes and additions:
- Employees will now prioritize boxes with fewer items when stocking shelves.
- Added 10 new vehicles.
- You can now send employees on vacation.
- Increased employee walking speed.
- Fixed issues with employee tasks and morale not saving properly.
- Fixed some glitches with text in the message box.
And we wanted to clear a few things up:
"Two games at once? :( sad.. means even slower updates.."
"I hope you realize announcing you are working on another game while you currently have one in Early Access is NOT a positive thing to say to your customers."
- Rest assured, Grocery Store Simulator is still getting the same amount of time and effort as before. We’re working hard on both projects, and nothing’s being slowed down.
