Here are some highlights from the New Game+ update. You can find a full breakdown at the end of the post.
ENGAGING REPLAYABILITY
The main goal of New Game+ is to provide players an enhanced second playthrough. You can play through the game from the start, while keeping your last playthrough's inventory, player stats, and most of the perks that you received from relationship level-ups! In addition, you can choose to either keep your past relationships or reset them and build them again from scratch.
Enemies will pose a greater challenge. Some will have new melee shields; others will boast increased ranges or more intense attacks. Also, more enemies will have magic shields in general.
To help deal with these nastier enemies, we’ve added 4 new attack conduits to give you additional combat options.
Downpour - Giant water projectiles that rain down from the sky.
Piercing Glance - Numerous eyes open in the void around Luisa, shooting lasers in all directions.
Rage - Luisa's speed and damage is increased for a short period, while damage taken is also reduced.
Wind Dash - Luisa dashes forward, damaging everything in her path.
We’ve also added some more outfits for your customization pleasure. Some of them you’ll find at Olivia’s Outfits in town, while others will be received on satisfying certain criteria.
To top it off, we’ve added ‘Armor Visuals’ which apply when using Luisa’s base outfit only – This allows players to see the armor they’re equipping, along with providing amazing new looks for pads, leggings, and body armor!
Finally, 9 new achievements will provide more goals to work towards, offering new challenges for seasoned players looking to test their skills.
ITEMISED LIST OF UPDATES, CHANGES & FIXES
New:

- A Kai outfit you can get by resetting relationships and hanging out with Kai
- A new, monstrous outfit as a reward for finishing all Monster Club tasks!
- Armor visuals - see what you’re equipping, with amazing new looks for your pads, leggings, and body armor! (This only applies to Luisa’s base outfit)
Fixed/Reworked:
- Improved performance on Steam Deck.
- Reduced save game file sizes.
- Fixed text overflow in the shop screens in some languages.
- Removed obsolete inputs from settings.
- Fixed a bug where the reward for completing the second relationship level with the dog sometimes didn’t appear.
- Fixed a bug where Luisa’s equipped costume reverted to her default outfit when loading a save game.
- Fixed a bug which led to performance issues when saving the game in quick progression on weaker machines.
- Fixed a bug which sometimes blocked user input for a few seconds after the game started.
- Fixed a bug where using Whirlwind in the Forest Labyrinth could lead to an infinite black screen.
