-Changed how mob damage is calculated, Defense will apply before shield damage calculation and Mob damage can cap based on your shield % displayed up to 50% max health
-Fixed Shield Bars not displaying correctly on party list
-Rescaled Astral Power fragments needed per level, its less than half of what it was
-Fixed a bug with the Floors til next charm only being visual on client.
-Decreased Guild Quest Wall boss goal amount
-Cast Time Reduction will only apply up to 50% on Channeled Abilities
-Fixed issue with bots not despawning on clients
-Every 200 Points spend in Damage Talent tree now adds 1 Point to Time Mage Gear Set
-Added more information to the tooltip that appears when hovering over the main node in Talent Trees to display the current points in that tree and current gear set bonus
