[Hotfix] Update v 1.3.1

Unfortunately, an annoying bug slipped into the final build of Scary Horror v1.3, related to the newly added pause menu. This patch addresses this issue.

Fixes and updates

Health values saved upon exiting to the pause menu are no longer applied to opponents when restarting the battle
