Small Autumn Update — Plague M.D. News

I’ve had the idea for a long time to create a “layered” system of events in the village that unfold between the doctor’s working days. Just like in more mature games, where a story doesn’t end with a single reward or debuff but leads into another, continuing the narrative. Now, I finally have the chance to try it out

The new version includes several “one-time” events and a few continuations of existing ones that can impact the game's storyline progression

Let’s consider this the beginning of something bigger - the first attempt to expand the game’s world and delve into its narrative style. This approach will eventually allow the CosCom team not only to add more levels to chosen village events but also to unlock new locations and mechanics for players
