Fixed a bug where spectre's aim would sometimes be off
The game remembers and automatically sets your last used loadout
Rejoining a game will now load your last used loadout, or default loadout
Improved default loadout to have attachments, and better begginer gadgets and edges

Cloak Adjustments

New: Minimum Cloak Time: 0.75 (cloak will not deactivate for any reason until after 0.75 seconds of activating)
New: Cloak Cooldown: 4 seconds

Notes: The cloak adjustments was not meant to be a buff or a nerf. If this change becomes problematic we will adjust it quickly. This change addressed an issue where it could be spammed without fail to drop framerates of everyone nearby. You could use it to lower the frames of the reaper shooting you for a nasty advantage. The minimum cloak time is to help cases where you accidentally moved too quickly after cloaking and became uncloaked. Now if you accidentally uncloak yourself and have to wait out the 4 seconds you only have yourself to blame. (The cloak cooldown starts at the time of the cloak starting, not upon ending. So it is possible to use the cloak again directly after uncloaking)
