Fixed a couple of small bugs and a buff to Motion Sensor and Location Radar

Fixed a bug where custom maps did not get to go into endless mode (an error happened when getting 1 of the new achievements, which resulted in more weird bugs like not being able to go into endless mode)
Buffed the Motion sensor and the Location radar. Also made their description more clear
Golden lootbag now works as per description
