Small update that fixes some issues

- Fixed issue where mechanic took way too much money for painting the car
- Fixed issue where money could go to negative values after painting the car
- Fixed issue where it was possible to put crates in the inventory using 1-9 buttons
- Fixed issue where thirst decay was too slow
- Fixed issue with AI drivers being located incorrectly in the car
- Music volume setting affects all in-game copyrighted music now
- Improved mirror performance
- Basket in active slot will no longer be visible after getting in the car
- Minor visual changes
