- Added bubble at the stop of the screen in the HUB to show when a new relation dialog is available

- Fixed UI being on top of each other
- Fixed missing spells tooltips in mission
- Fixed missing walls in some levels of chapter 3
- Fixed spell not launching when having exacly the correct amount of mana
