Balance
Increased the power of water god passive by roughly 20%
Increased the damage of Ball of Lightning by 25%
Fire Eater spell now correctly removes resources from the enemy when this perk is activated (previously it said it will give you mana based on damage done but that was a bug)
Clone creature now does not give any buffs to third generation of clones (so clones of clones of clones do not get more hitpoints or damage)
Clone creature now does not increase lifetime as much as it used to - we saw that it was too strong anyway so this just removes the extreme cases of ridiculously overpowered and never expiring summons
Drones have 90% damage reduction for a fraction of a second after they spawn so that they don't get immediatelly destroyed by the blast from nearby spells
